In this episode, Adam talks with Stacey Rice, a storyteller, LGBTQ+ advocate, and transgender woman who grew up in rural North Carolina and has called Oregon home for many years. Stacey is a 2023 Community Storytelling Fellow with Oregon Humanities, and has spent the past year talking with older LGBTQ+ adults, especially those living in rural communities, about their experiences. We also hear from one of Stacey's interviews, with Oregonians living in Bend and Newport.
