Shawn Swagerty

Shawn Swagerty has weathered a few musical eras. He started his first band in college in Missoula in 1981, had his first radio show in 1982, and moved to Washington, DC in 1983, just in time to witness the flourishing hardcore punk scene. He has written countless column inches as a music journalist, and has hosted his show on XRAY since the station's inception.
