Tracy, Teresa and Rachel interview Charter Review Commissioner Janet Landesberg about the nine amendments written that will appear on the November 3^rd general election. Some of the amendments are about elections and voter participation, some on transparency or accountability. Some address county fiscal decisions, and one deals with nominations to county boards and commissions. A few amendments will offer great change; others are operationally neutral. Which is which?
