Episode 1: Kimberly Howard Wade

Since 2022, Kimberly Howard Wade has been serving as the Executive Director of Caldera, a non-profit in Oregon that engages youths through an award-winning, seven-year cohort model that includes a robust summer program, in-school partnerships, residencies, and performances. Kimberly is also an artist with acting credits in New York, the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and several Portland theaters.
