East Vancouver Station Food Carts Now Open

Vancouver Station Food Carts is located at 1817 Southeast 164th Avenue, just off Mill Plain Boulevard. The complex has space for 44 individual food cart vendors, along with an indoor area that includes a full cocktail bar, coffee, ice cream, and private event rooms. Communal seating areas and fire pits are available throughout the outdoor space.

Developers describe it as the largest food cart plaza in the United States. The complex soft-opened in February 2026 and a grand opening is expected this summer as remaining vendor spots continue to fill.
