Award-winning, international nonfiction author Mary Boone has written more than 70 books for young readers, bringing curiosity and adventure to every page.

In this interview Mary shares some of important details that go into researching, writing, publishing and promoting nonfiction books for young readers.

A former newspaper writer and editor, Mary now lives in Tacoma, Washington, where she continues creating engaging books that make readers say “WOW!”

Mary will be giving a workshop at the Northwest Book Fair & Media Fest in June at Clark College.
