The Common Good: John Bower and the Charter Review Commission 8-12-25

My guest today is John Bower, a lifelong Clark County resident and candidate for the Clark County Charter Review Commission. The Charter is Clark County’s Constitution that decides the framework of its government, everything from how leaders are elected and paid to what direct actions citizens can take. Every 5 years, a review commission is elected to make any changes to the Charter that are deemed necessary. John discusses how it works and what he’s hoping to help change if elected.
