11. So appreciate you both, fiancés! I grew up in a parish next to New Orleans, Louisiana. There was only vote in person, but the polls were open late into the evening and when we would go down to the local school gymnasium to cast our vote it was like a wild party! (Of course it was, it was New Orleans) But my point is, if it was a holiday, a paid holiday with a celebratory air with the support of the local administrations, vote in person COULD be a good thing – – helping the altar abled to express their right to vote, the elderly, children playing together – – this is what it was like in my memory as a child voting in person. Until that day arrives, I ONLY want to vote by mail! - Cesily :)
