Wayward Teen Spirit with a Band Named Bed.
Getting the crew prepped for today's episode of Take It To The Bridge! Today, I'll be joined at 4p by Sierra x Alex of Portland band bed. (yes, that's bed with a period at the end). They have a new digital single (the 3rd for the uber-talented fledgling band) "Wayward" to share and a playlist of rad indie-pop including one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands Built to Spill (hint: Alan the cowboy from The Simpsons).
Then we have new music from King Tuff, Eyelids, Goat, Avi Buffalo, as well as tracks from artists performing in this weekend's Project Pabst thing and I'll string a tribute to Nirvana throughout ... if all goes as planned.
