My guest this week is Ophelia Noble.  Ophelia is the Executive Director of The Noble Foundation. 

Founded in 2011, the organization centers on the innate power within the community with an emphasis on unity.  They envision a community where all people are inspired to live, work, and play through their natural leadership abilities by recognizing strengths and power. 

In our conversation today, we'll talk about the great work they do in Clark and Cowlitz county and how the community can be allies to the black, indigenous, and people of color community.  A self-proclaimed "Community Health Worker", I think you'll be inspired by the work Ophelia and her team do and continue to do to make our community a better place to live.
